The name "Phool Swaad" translates to "Flower of Taste" – a tribute to the delicate, flower-like fox nut and the exquisite flavors we create. Every pack of makhana carries the essence of our land, our culture, and our commitment to preserving traditional farming methods.

What sets us apart is our signature slow-roasting technique. Unlike mass-produced snacks that are fried in unhealthy oils, we use the traditional dry-roasting method that's been used in Bihar for centuries.

Each batch is roasted in small quantities to ensure perfect crunch and flavor. We use premium desi ghee sourced from grass-fed cows, hand-mined Himalayan pink salt, and authentic spice blends. The result? Light, airy makhana that's satisfyingly crunchy without any greasiness.
