Return Process

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us via phone, email, or WhatsApp (details below).

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we'll provide return authorization and instructions for sending the product back.

Step 4: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it to the address provided by our team. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect products.

Step 5: Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive the returned product, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days. Based on our findings, we'll either issue a replacement or process a refund.

After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery when the courier arrives, and we'll process a refund minus the return shipping cost.
